Scope of the Role

The TPI Account Manager will manage our Third-Party Intermediary (TPI) accounts ensuring that the TPIs and customers are provided with a high level of service at all times. Working within a team to effectively drive quality and service.

The role will have integral links working with all departments and key working relationships with external third-party intermediaries and customers

You will need a ‘can do’ attitude and a proven track record in data analysis so that you can spur on change and start making a difference straight away. We provide full training and continuous coaching inhouse you will be given full in-depth regulated industry knowledge and have all the tools necessary to help you personally grow your career with the business.

Who We're Looking For

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage TPI accounts to ensure excellent quality and service is provided, including managing engagement through telephone and face to face meetings.

  • Manage renewal portfolio to maximise retention and revenue.

  • Building awareness and reporting on Evolve energy KPIs

  • Proactively develop and improve propositions with TPIs, identifying additional areas of added value business for both parties.

  • Respond to query escalations regarding a range of issues such as Non-Commodity Rates, Charges etc.

  • Monitor and report on competitor and TPI activity.

GENERAL

  • Provide weekly/monthly reporting to the Senior Management Team on potential customers including key metrics to assist with determining if the proposition is viable for Evolve Energy.

Personal Specification Skills & Experience

What Makes You the Perfect Fit:

  • Understand and manage TPI portfolio performance – rates, consumption, debt etc.

  • Understand key business processes and how Evolve Energy’s internal software is used to manage these.

  • Proven ability to manager customer relationships, a high workload, and balance priorities.

  • Possess strong planner, organisational, presentation, documentation, and report writing skills.

  • Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.

Bonus Points if You:

  • Previous experience working in a B2B Energy Supplier or TPI Account Management role

  • Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with partner organisations and affiliates

  • Ability to exploit opportunities that are complementary to the business goals.

  • Achieve excellence through delivery of market leading customer service.

  • Excellent negotiation skills and verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across Evolve Energy Departments.

  • Have a logical, analytical and pragmatic approach to problem solving.

  • Adaptable, with a willingness to learn

  • Passion for creativity and fun
